  • Charles A. Goldberger is a partner in the firm.

    He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1964; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, in 1964; U.S. Supreme Court, in 1971.

    Mr. Goldberger received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1964 and a B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1960.

    He is a member of the Westchester, Northern Westchester, New York State and White Plains Bar Associations, and was a past President of the White Plains Bar Association. Mr. Goldberger has acted as counsel to the Builder's Institute of Westchester and Putnam Counties and to the Construction Industry Council of Westchester and the Hudson Valley. He is a member of the Board of Directors and legal counsel to The Hebrew Hospital Home, Inc.

    Mr. Goldberger is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and past Chair of its commercial litigation section and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is legal counsel and Past Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester. He also serves as General Counsel to several cooperative and condominium associations and he is also a member of Pace Law School's Board of Visitors.  In addition, Mr. Goldberger was recently appointed to the Westchester County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board by County Executive Rob Astorino.

    Mr. Goldberger has for many years served as an arbitrator, primarily under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association.  He has resolved more than 100 real estate, commercial and construction disputes.  He has also represented claimants and respondents in many arbitrations.

    Mr. Goldberger is a resident of White Plains, New York.

    Mr. Goldberger heads the litigation department and concentrates on commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, commercial arbitration, probate & estates, and Surrogate's Court litigation.
